Favorites Keep Disapearing (Even in Saved Session States)

OMG, I kept saving my session state to diferent versions as I added items to my favorites (did this as I have lost my favorites on several occassions)

None of my saved sessions are pullung up my favorites taht I added to those sessions!

How can I preserve this darn list of favorites?

Can you check if favorites getting saved.
Save location is specified in Options->General->Config Files
