Bug in Insert New Data Row

I tried out the new 'Insert New Data Row' feature.  One of my fields is numeric(15,0).  On the Assign column values to table window the type column shows 'NUMERIC (15' and there is value of '0),' in the value column.  You can still change the value and it will insert the new row with your values.  The help button also gives a message of 'Failed to launch help'.  I am able to open the help from the main help menu.
