Progress OpenEdge ODBC driver help

I need to access an OpenEdge ODBC Server.   I have the coordinates, but challenged in finding an aware client to use.   I've downloaded their driver, and I'm interested in nowing how to register it and use it to connect.  Is there an environment variable I need to set?

Go to ODBC Administrator and create data source using OpenEdge driver.
Start SqlDbx, select server type ODBC click on "..." and select data source you created.
After that you should be able to connect to your server
