When the cursor is in the word "begin" highlights the block "begin-end", but not so when the cursor is on the word "end".

Same with the next blocks:

begin ... end
case ... end
(...)
{... }

This is a know limitation

I would love to see this one changed too. We have some blocks with many rows, so it's hard to see the big picture of starting from the bottom.
