Suggestion: Default Inner Window Placement

Perhaps I missed a setting, but I'd love to have the inner window open at 100%.  The main window does remember my last size and position which is great, but the first thing I click next is to maximize the inner window to take advantage of all that wonderful workspace.  It would be great if the first document window would default to 100%.

This is not supported in Personal Edition but possible to do in SqlDbx Pro edition.
