Hello,
If a query result returns only messages not data, result pane should switch to show messages. For example if you run a sp which should be executed in the master DB, it says "Query completed with messages" but remains at the blank result pane. Every time I have to click on messages to see if there exists a warning or error.

Agree it should switch. Will be fixed in the next release
