Bug - Unable to save as

Hello!
My environment is:
Windows 7 Pro SP1 64 bit
SqlDbx Version 3.61 (Professional Edition)

In Options >General I set

File backup C:UsersangeloDocumentsSqlDbxBackup
File script: E:Sviluppo
File browser: C:UsersangeloDocumentsSqlDbxTemplates
Backup Modified Files: ON

I opened my template

C:UsersangeloDocumentsSqlDbxTemplatesprocedure.sql

I edited something then I tried to save as 

C:UsersangeloDocumentsSqlDbxTemplatesfunction.sql

but SqlDbx opened a message box with the following error message:

Unable to save file:
C:UsersangeloDocumentsSqlDbxTemplatesfunction.sql
Unable to move file:
C:UsersangeloDocumentsSqlDbxTemplatesfunction.sql ->
C:UsersangeloDocumentsSqlDbxBackupfunction.sql.bak

In the 'backup' folder there is no 'function.sql.bak' file.
SqlDbx exhibits the same behaviour also with different files, in different folders.
The bug is reproducible also after SqlDbx restart.
The only way to bypass the problem is to paste the code into a new file (not very practical) or disable "Backup Modified Files".

Yes. You are right. It's a bug. Will be fixed in the next release
