This is one of the main things I bought the product for.
It is grayed out. And it will not let me drag Procs to the Visual Diff drop box.
Not sure if I should mention this here or in a new post but:
If i go to SQLDBX Help - it does not work - the right pane (detailing topic) has "This program cannot display the webpage"
Also, If I highligh a command I do not get Books online for the command, I get non worling SQLDbx help...
On my second laptop (running the 64 bit) I get a message box - "Failed to Launch Help"

Intelisense still not working on inner queries - just returns master table data...

Compare Objects is not yet implemented.
Dragging objects to Diff drop box also not implemented, but it would be a good feature to add. This will be added in a next release. Currently you can use this workaround to do it. Script both procedures to different tabs and then drag the tabs to Visual Diff drop box.
Help file issue on 32 bit Windows is has to do with Internet explorer security settings. Below couple of links which explain the issue.
