Would be useful if (at least 2 in my head now):
1) to have two new icons in toolbar, representing "Comment out" and "Remove comments"
(tip: maybe new toolbar --> "Edit" Toolbar with other useful, related actions).
2) the two commands F11 and Ctrl-F11 about show/hide the respective
panels, to be done, in addition, with "Auto-Hide", auto-collapsing markers
ala Visual Studio, otherwise with tiny clicked-by-mouse action buttons.

1. In one of the next releases we will enable customization of menu and toolbars and
you will be able to add this options to toolbar.
Currently they available when you right click in Editor under "Advanced" menu
2. Not shure what you mean. Would be great if you can provide sample screenshot

Ok, i've sent a video showing it. If not possible, a tiny marker at the
top-right corner of each panel, similar to that indicating the Objects' Filter
would be very good.

Thanks for the video.
I am not really like this solution, because the whole
point of F11 and Ctrl+F11 is to maximize available space and
the tab on a side takes some space. I think the better solution
is may be to show some kind of markers.

Ok, thanks if implement it via markers. Idea
is to make agile switch between states in a faster
way without (in adittion to) F11/CTRL-F11.
