Bug? Help not working

Hi all!
I installed SqlDbx x64 Version 4.13 (Professional Edition) and it works fine, but I opened the Guide (file SqlDbx.chm) and I can see its structure (Content, Index, etc. and topic titles) but without any topic content.
I supposed that the file was corrupted but I get the same situation opening the Guide file of the personal edition .zip (that was a different download).
What's wrong?

Environment:
SqlDbx x64 Version 4.13 (Professional Edition)
OS: Windows 10 Home Edition

This is know issue with chm files.
